Agency Pick is a useful tool that you can use to highlight individual products on your line card directly to your Customers as well as your entire internal team…with literally one click!
Team Admin are the users who can actually select the products for your Agency, but it’s very easy to do. All product tiles have a star in the corner. Clicking on a gray star will turn it yellow and immediately set the product as a Featured Product. To stop featuring a product, simply click on a yellow star, and it will revert to gray.
Agency Pick products will be instantly showcased in their product type for your entire team and all of your Customers within The Lighting Exchange®.
Where are these products featured? Within the Portal and on your Interactive Line Card, these products will pop up first during searching. They will also be featured on the News & Events tab of your Interactive Line Card, and they can be used in conjunction with our Spotlight feature to add featured products to your homepage!
