Our Product Sample management tool allows your Agency to log and track your team’s samples. Teammates can quickly add samples and list them directly on your Agency’s interactive line card on your website for Customers to request.
Team Admins can add a product as a sample by simply clicking the sales tag on any product.
All other teammates can utilize the Add Write In button to add product samples. You’ll just manually fill out the product’s data and image to represent it properly. In these instances, adding details to the sample is a great way to help your team easily distinguish between the duplicates.
Use the side bar navigation to select Product Samples to view all products that have been added to your Product Samples library. Here you can add details about the sample (size, color, location etc.) and you can manage checking Samples in and out of the system. You are also able to search your samples by Product Name or Location.
When you have multiple samples of the same product, you can add the additional samples by utilizing the Add Write In button.
To check an item out, just hit the button in line with the product sample, and fill in the requested information. This information will save to the sample, to ease tracking. If a sample is kept past its estimated return date, the whole sample entry will turn red to alert your team.
Adding a sample instantly adds the sample to be reviewed on your interactive line card. Customers can request the sample directly, and when they do your admin team will be notified of the request via email as well as a Requested tag that will appear on the sample within the portal. When looking at the request, team admin can reply or instantly check out the item to help the customer quickly.
