How to Add or Remove a Manufacturer

Updating your line card with your most current Manufacturers from within The Lighting Exchange® portal is easy peasy! All of your team’s Admin level users are able to do it at any time within Line Card Management. To get started, on the sidebar navigation select Administration and then Line Card Management.

On the Line Card Management page, you can quickly view a manufacturer’s website or customize how that manufacturer shows on your line card!

To Add a Manufacturer click the blue Add a Manufacturer button in the top right corner of the page. This will take you to a new screen where you can enter the Company Name and Website URL of the Manufacturer and once you click Submit Request, The Lighting Exchange® line card team will be notified immediately.

Line card updates take the LEX team just a few seconds once we see your request; however, if a manufacturer is not already in our database our data team will work to have the new profile up and running within seven days of the request!

To Remove a Manufacturer just find them on the report and click the red Remove button in the same row. Confirm your choice and that’s all it takes!

To Make a Manufacturer Visible / Hidden on your line card, simply toggle between the green Visible and Hidden buttons!
