As a PRO Level Agency, your customers can sign-up to join The Lighting Exchange® directly from your line card page, and gain access to enhanced functionality within your Lighting Exchange® portal.
The sign-up link is located near the top right corner of your agency’s line card. Customers can fill in their contact information and create a password for their account. Depending on your line card layout, the ‘Create Account’ button might look similar to either example below.

Immediately after the form is submitted, designated users at your agency will receive an email notification with a direct link to the request where they can review, approve, or decline access. Once approved, your customer will receive a confirmation email with a link to login.
To identify who from your Agency receives customer sign-up requests, select Administration then Notification Center from the sidebar navigation. From there you can add or remove users to the Customer Sign-Up Approvals section. Don’t forget to press the save button after making any updates.
