Your Dashboard is a centralized hub that streams in content related to your Line Card and represented Manufacturers as well as important industry topics. Over time, you may also begin to see important information relevant to your Agency, including events & local news that are specific to your local area.

 

 

Included in your PRO Agency subscription, you are able to upload your own articles –

The News Articles feature gives your agency the ability to create and publish content to appear on the portal, your interactive line card and website.

This content management tool is easy to use and works similarly to a Facebook post. It can be utilized to promote a variety of things from agency events to new product announcements or manufacturer webinars.

To get started, select News Articles from the left side navigation.

Select the blue “Add New Article” button to open up the draft screen. Here you can add an image, write out your message and even link to other pages.

PRO Tip: Make sure your image is a 2:1 ratio or 600×300 pixels.

Once it’s complete, select whether you’d like the article to appear on the Agency portal, Specifier Portal or Both. Both will show it not only on both dashboards but on your website’s interactive line card as well. Next to this option you’ll see the Sticky Until selection, this option is great for important releases and upcoming events as it allows you to make this article show up as the first article for a designated period of time, just set the date!

Finally, hit Save Article and your article will be published!
