Completely customize which manufacturers are visible in each product category by turning off categories for certain manufacturers on your line card.
From The Lighting Exchange® portal, find the Administration dropdown on the left sidebar navigation, and choose ‘Line Card Management’.
From the Line Card Management screen, search for a specific manufacturer using the search bar, and click on the ‘Manage Categories’ button at the far right of the manufacturer row.
On the next screen, all of the product categories associated with that manufacturer will show with a checkbox next to each category. To remove a manufacturer from populating in a category on your line card, simple uncheck the checkbox next to that category. Don’t forget to hit the save button at the bottom of the list!
Please note: Product categories are universal throughout The Lighting Exchange®. If you notice that a manufacturer isn’t showing in a category that they should be, or if your agency would like a manufacturer in specific category, please contact our Data Team ([email protected]). You can also send a request for a manufacturer update in bottom left corner of your LEX portal. It’s important to note that a manufacturer would need at least one qualify product per product category.
